We hired a driver as well
as a licensed tour guide. We were met at the port by our driver
and our guide Anna. We chose the half day Athens tour. Our
guide, Anna, was with us every step of the way. She was professional
and knowledgeable. I highly recommend athensprivatewalkingtours.com.
We thought it a real plus to have a knowledgeable guide with
us every step of the way.

Hi,
Wanted to let you know that our guide, Yiota, was great. She
told us we had to go to the top of the Acropolis and she was
right. She took it nice and slow but we kept in front of the
hordes that were on big bus tours. We were thankful we were
just the 4 of us.

I would like to thank you
for the wonderful day we spent in Athens with our guide Nancy.
What could have been a difficult day because of the protests
turned into a very pleasant one. We didn't even know what
had happened in Athens until we were safely back on the ship
and saw the news reports. We got to see the Parthenon and
Acropolis then we went off to Cape Sunion after a great lunch.
Hopefully we can come back and see more of Athens in calmer

We just arrived home from our wonderful trip and day in Athens....the
best! I am very tired after traveling all day but wanted to
write and let you know how pleased my entire family was with
George and Athanasia....they were wonderful! The van you all
provided was so perfect and exceeded our expectations...and
George and Athanasia were both so friendly, helpful and informative.
It was the most perfect day in Athens .... and we all thoroughly
enjoyed it! I will put an "official" comment on
your web site within the next couple of days, but I just had
to let you know how pleased we were with everything....it

Hi,
Just want to let you know that we had a fabulous day exploring
Athens with our guide Gregory and driver. Gregory was a wonderful
host with indepth knowledge of Greece - past and present!
We felt we got a real insite into the people, country, way
of life & cuisine of Greece...again past & present.
We had our elderly mother with us and Gregory was very gracious
in keeping the pace at a manageable level while trying to
cover as much as possible. The highlight for me was sitting
in the shade near the Parthenon hearing all it's wonderful
stories. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company
to fellow travellers to Greece.
